Default Possible Cirrus purchase, need some guidance please

Here is what I know, as of now, since I test drove it.

The good -

-Transmission shifts fine, not even a shimmy detected.
-A/C works great, heat works great
-Engine is responsive
-Steering is responsive, front end appears to be tight, no noticeable play in wheel or "drifting".
-Brakes work very well.
-Interior is in good shape (leather) , no tears or anything.
-Tires have plenty of tread left.
the bad -
-The engine uses some oil, not bad though, about as much as a TC with bad valve stem seals. Looks like it has a small leak as well, but still, uses a quart every 1K or so.
- Transmission fluid is a bit dark, guy said a shop mechanic said not to change it, as that's when the problems would start. Kind of hard for me to believe, but, it's possible, I guess.
-The driver's side power mirror is broken. the GLASS is fine, but one of their sons was playing basketball, and while I was looking the car over, something happened, and it bounced off the edge of the sidewalk and smacked the mirror. You have to manually push it wherever you want it to go. No biggie in my eyes.
-Rear window is broken. Kids were playing football, and someone missed a throw. They covered it up when it happened, no water intrusion, and they will get it replaced before I take ownership if I decide to do so.
- Radio doesn't work. It does, but the volume control knob doesn't control the volume. No big deal for me.
-Check Engine Light, engine runs fine though.
- Body isn't perfect, little dings, minor clearcoat issues, one rust spot where the paint was scraped off (only surface)

They are going to get it inspected, and replace the rear glass, so, that's something I don't have to concern myself with.

His wife says they'll let me have it for $500.00, as it's been sitting in their drive for 6 months, and she is tired of having to see it there.

Car has 145K.

What do you guys think?
