Exclamation 02 chrysler 300m

hello im a newbie. i actually have quite a few questions but ill give a little run down i bought this 02 300m about march this year. when i bought it i very quickly became aware of a rod knocking. so i went and did a motor swap. got the motor from an 04 300m. since then i came across an issue with the car on the dash while driving it would put it into reverse but the transmission was not actually going into reverse it would however stall and then when i would come to a complete stop it would die. however if i didnt stop completely i could put the car into neutral and then back into drive and it would go. some reason that problem went away and just the other day when getting off the eway my car transmission line going to upper radiator blew no idea why. any ideas?

Good news is 2002-2004 engine is a plug and play swap.
Did you clean the throttle body and IAC when you did the swap?
PTCM will "relearn" the to the swapped in engine after a few run cycles.
Trans line to radiator is a somewhat common leak point. Cut off about 1" of the line and reattach with a Fuel Injection Line clamp, NOT a standard worm clamp.
Be sure to top off with ATF+4 only.

Yes I did clean the throttle and such. The line blew about half way down the rubber and blew about a good inch gash into the hose. I have replaced the transmission line which by the way was a pain but I have the new one on now and my silly self forgot the clamp before I connected the hose to the radiator now I'm having a hard time getting the hose back off the radiator to put the clamp on.
