1995 New Yorker severe AC problem.
HI
We are having a severe A/C problem on a 1995 New Yorker. We replaced the condenser (busted) and the compressor (bearings worn out and tight). Now the system builds up a lot of pressure, it was so high that one of the hoses slipped of the condenser with a big bang.
Now we are looking for the expansion valve, which we think is blocked; but can´t find it anywhere.
Does anybody have a clue where it is on the LH car series and how to get to it? Any help is appreciated – we are in the 100s here with relentlessly burning sun
.
Kind Regards
