1996 LHS 3.5 crank gear stuck
Crank gear for timing belt is stuck on and the inside of the puller holes are ruined. Any ideas how to get that sucker off besides grinding it?

Unfortunately with stripped holes, grinding a groove and splitting with a chisel is the only way I have gotten them off.

First off the pully is retained bu a pin. Is the pin removed?
If it is just the threads in the pulley boogered, drill and tap to a larger size and then use your puller.
