Default 1999 Concorde Question

I have a 1999 Chrysler Concorde V6-3200 3.2 L SOHC. I'm trying to get the car ready for emissions testing. I have a few readiness monitors that won't kick over to "OK" mode.

Does anyone know if the '99 Chryslers has:
  1. Heated Cat
  2. Secondary Air System
The regular catalyst monitor is OK. But the heated cat is where they electrically heat the catalytic converter.

I'm using an Ancel scanner that lists these two as N/A. Then I thought maybe the '99s didn't have these two features.

Thanks.
