2.7 to 3.6 engine swap

Is it possible to fit the new 3.6 engine in an 04 Concord lx ?

The 3.6 penastar is the engine I want to swap into an 04 concord that currently has the 2.7 liter engine

Do you know if the 3.6 will drop in the Concord engine bay, fit under the hood and bolt up to the concord transmission or would I need a different transmission too?

Yes, you'll need a trans. That engine is worth more than 5 of those cars.

U may get the mechanics to work but after that U get to build from scratch some one the network of computers needed to run that things need a CAN bus system which U don't have an on 04 Concorde
