Default 2000 Chrysler Concorde LX

Help, I have just replaced the tranny and the solenoid pack. The car does not change gears, stalls, and bucks. I took it back to the tranny shop and they wanted an extra $200. Said it was the wiring harness.
What gives.

I am not a mechanic, but I have enought sense to know they should not charge for something that was supposed to be fixed.

Codes are 0700, 0731, 1776 and 1784.

Doesn`t that point towards the tranny?

Don't know a whole lot about transmissions, but the 0700 code is EATX Controller DTC Present. My book doesn't show a code 0731, 1776, or 1784.

Doubt very much it is the wiring harness. Sounds too coincidental.
