Default 2000 LHS Electrical Fiasco

Just installed a different drivers side door on my 2000 LHS. The door was off of a wrecked LHS but did include all original wiring. Now the electrical system on the car is acting strange. The clock has stopped working, the a/c comes on at 75 everytime I start the car, the horn chirps when I start the car, none of the interior lights work, and the lights will not turn on when the car is off. I'm assuming this has something to do with the computer getting a mismatch off this door but I'm not sure. Is there any way to reset the computer or any ideas you guys might have about this?

Default update

removed the door last evening but thats not the problem. Any ideas what could be causing this? Also the radio does work either. (I pulled the fuses and they are all still good)
