Default 2001 LHS Electrical (starting) problem

Topic explains it. Every once in a while the damn thing just clicks when trying to start. Sometimes while driving, the headlights would flash on and off on there own as well. Well, now it won't start at all. Just clicks when I turn the key and try to start. I charged the battery to see if it was the problem, but I put a meter on it and has full 12-13 volts. Also, crazy stuff is happening. AC blower will go on by itself, CD player lights blink and silly stuff like that. I do have the extended warranty, but a $200 deductible applies. This doesn't sound like a battery issue to anyone does it? Or maybe a starter? I did get it running for a few minutes and tested the alternator and it tested ok, but after shutting it off, the same ole clicking again.

Any help would be appreciated.....
