Exclamation Electrical Problem After starting car

Good day,

I have an problam that after starting the car the AC, radio, windows, ABS, wipers etc are not working, but when I turn the car off, and only on the ignition everything works fine. When I start again all is off.

I have tried to change batry, put the spare ECM under the bumper, disconect the IOD fuse, but all no awail.

Any addvice is apreciated.

the car is a Pacifica FWD 2004, full option with DVD.

Thanx

Alex

a pcm does not control anything with the wipers abs radio or windows so why would u change that out is well I duno.
I would be looking at something like a wire issue or the fuse box issue

I just changed ECM because I had a spare from before. I have checked all the fuses in the engine bay area and all are OK, exept if there are some others inside the car that I am not awaere of.

now is the point where u get a wire diagram and trace down the powers and ground to each item and see what is linked between them all
