Default Looked at the videos

The last one is exactly what mine was doing. At one point the flashing got so bad it blew out my lowbeam headlamps.

Replaced the negative battery cable and no problems since (knock on wood...)

Finally took it to the dealer. He said something about a TSB from several years ago.

The verdict is in. The ground wire from the battery was replaced, along with the headlight switch and thus far the light show has not returned.

Had the same problem for about a year and a half on myvold 98 Concorde lxi....went to dealer, mechanic, no fix.... told I thought one of the positive battery cable was getting to hot but they said it was normal. It got really really bad and I just replaced it myself. Worked for the next 3-4 years till last year when it got totaled at 191k miles.
