I have. 2004 Chrysler Concorde Lxi and sometimes if it goes into 1st or 2nd gear it would make a bumping noise as if it is trying to shift. After second gear ot drives fine. Codes 2, 4, 11, 13, 16, P1684, P0016, P1681, P1684, P0325. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

It may not solve your code problems, but at 15 years old...has the trans oil AND filter ever been changed?

 

We just brought the car for $500, so I do not know. Really just need to fix the codes right now. Will eventually do the little things. Thank you though.
