i have a chance to buy a 1986 new yorker turbo. says the k-frame is very rusted. would this be weldable or just replace the whole k-frame. the car has 105,000 miles, one owner, leather, and engine and tranny run great. let me know some thoughts on the buy. he wants 250 for it.
