I got this 93 new yorker that doesnt shift outta first gear. it was in a hard front end collision and the vehicles, netrual safety switch broke, but its still plugs in and starts. the shift linkage works and goes into every position, just while driving the car doesnt go past first. does anyone know any common problems like this or any fix... any help would be greatly appreciated
