Default 95 chysler new yorker

Hi
I just registered and have not been able to fine a way to post. So I am attempting to do so here.
Problem 95 new Yorker. turn signals and hazard signals . At times they would work for a day or so. No longer work.
Have changed the flasher relay and the turn sig/hazard selector switch assy.
All fuses have been checked (OK) All other functions connected to the stalk control work. Checked the removed stalk switch assy and I was ok
What else can be at fault.. Body control module? I have the factory manual but there seems to be no other circuits connected to the flasher circuits. Could it be a loose ground connection somewhere?
Any help would be appreciated.

Anyone have any Ideas as to where the grounds are located? Replaced the battery because one cell would not charge up fully.
A hard knock on the battery when it was replaced caused the turn signals/flasher to operate properly for a day then they quit working. all fuses and relays check ok. No corrosion on any relay or fuse holders is present.
