anyone know if the front bumper cover and grill from the 02-04 concorde will fit on a 99 with no additional cutting or modifications? i do a lot of driving at night and tried putting foglights in the grill area of the 99, and they only produce light about 2 feet in front of the bumper, so i thought i'd see if the bumpers are a straight swap and just use the foglight holes on the newer bumper this time....
