Hi everyone i have a Chrysler 300 Special M. and this morning my air conditioner worked fine and when i got in in this afternoon there was nothing.. it would blow out hot air, but no cold.. would this just mean it just needs recharged or should i check for somthing else... and if i do just need to recharge where do i install the recharge kit at.. i cant find anywhere wehre i would plug in the recharge kit.. any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

see if the compressor is comming on or not and cycling when u have the ac on.

 

ok so heres the scoop. i checked the compressor and it works fine, so i went out and bought a recharge kit and figured out how to recharge it.. and my air conditioning worked great cold as ever ( for a day) the next day i got in the car and it was warm again no cold air.. so im guessing there is a leak somewhere but i dont know where to check?

 

can u smellsomething strange come out of the vents when u first start it up? then look around outside for a leak. DO u live near Atlanta I would look at this for u.

 

where did you get recharge kit and how much, my car is same problem and how do you check to see if it needs a recharge
