Default Blower motor not turn on

I parked my 2002 300M Special Edition in April and started driving my Chrysler 300c. I took the cover off of it in the garage today and fired up the car, turned on the AC...... no blower fan spinning period, at any setting. Everything worked fine before I parked it. What do you figure is the issue from letting it sit for 3 months? Instrument panel lights up fine, I can hear the different setting move the vents behind the dash, but no fan spinning with heat or AC from low to high??

Started the car this morning and the fan turned on, every setting worked.... 10min later it was out again. Is this a resistor deal? Fan seems to work fine. Car was kept in a garage under a cover for 3 months.

Yeah I tried that first just out of sheer frustration. Lol that didn't work but it sure felt good tho. I hooked direct 12 volts to the blower motor and it spins. So I'm figuring it has to be the blower motor resistor.

Does anyone know where to get one of these resistors cheap, or even used? I pulled the resistor out and looked at the part number on it. The part #is 04734913AE/A
Thru a Google search online I came up with this website, has anyone used this brand before?

Said to be "Heavy Duty" used by a few members of the 300Mclub with good success.
