Just trying to find out 94 concorde 3.3. Is it normal for the cooling fans to run all the time. When I start the car the fans come on at the low setting even if the a/c compressor is not on. Even on the 30 degrees mornings that we have had here for a few days the fans still come on and run which makes for a longer warm up.
