Default Cooling fan issue

Okay, I have no cooling fan. Fuses were good, pulling them did not turn on anything. Relays were good, they close at 220 still no fans, pulled relay and used jumper when car was at 220, no fans. When car was cool check fans, they turn freely. I have not yet applied voltage to the fans. Side note just lost the clutch on the a/c week. The there is no fan when the a/circuit is powered up but the relay does close. Any ideas before I dig out the connector and test the fans, the reason I'm hesitant is what are the chances of both fans going bad at the same time.

I'm pretty sure both my fan motors quit working at the same time, going to spend $220.00 hope that's all I need to spend!!!?
