Default Cruise control button, heated seat on "low"

Hi guys, need your advises on couple issues i got with my Concorde Limited 2002, 3.5L. First - my cruise control became very strange - i cannot activate cruise control. Button "on/off" seems to be a problem...but it works in the mornings when engine is cold and i start driving to work, in 95% of pressing it works! Later on, when engine is warm-no chances, even when engine is cold in the end of the day on my way from work - no or small chances i will activate "on/off" button. I need to press really hard (to pain in my fingertips). Before it helped, now it's senseless. All other buttons (set, acc, cancel, coast) work perfect.
Second - driver heated seat - as you know it has 2 settings - low and high. On "low" it's burning, like you cannot sit on it more than 1 minute, on "high" it looks like working right. I will appreciate all of your comments and recommendations, thank you.
PS. it's a high mile car, currently 150K, own it for 1 year (from 138K).
