i just bought a used concorde. the guy i bought it from said "the computer" was replaced and now the power locks, power mirrors, radio and interior overhead lights dont work. he said it needs to be reprogrammed. is that true? can it just be reprogrammed? which module controls those features? the tcm, bcm, pdm? can i just replace the bad module if its easy enough? thanks for any help in advance. please be thorough in your answer since im not very mechanically inclined.
