Heater Rear Defrost and AC issues

Post Heater Rear Defrost and AC issues
I have a 2000 Concorde that the heater controlls will not work it is stuck in the defrost mode even if you try to move it some place else it will keep blowing out of the defrost. Also the rear defrost button and the AC button will not work so I am unable to do the self diaganostic test Help Please!!!
