Default Little or no heat

A little help if possible. I have a 2000 Chrysler LHS that is putting out very little heat even if the climate control is set on high. In the last 10 months the heater core, water pump and head gasket have been replaced. Blower motor is fine and works on all speeds and you can change the temp settings on the climate control but no change in the temperature unless you set it to low and then it is all cool/cold air obviously. Any thoughts? THank you.

I should add that it doesn't matter whether the C.C. is on auto or manual. There is still very little heat blowing out.

Well I did what one manual said to do as far as checking the ATC and came up with a code 36 which says "ATC Conrol communication failure" Honestly though that does not tell me anything. Does that mean the control itself or something else?
