Default Passenger side window won't go down...

Hi guys I'm new to the site.

My '00 300M is having an issue and I'm at a loss of what's next... The front passenger side window has decided it doesn't want to go down. I checked the wires to the motor with a multi-meter and both up & down have power. The motor clicks when you press up- but not down. Figuring it was the motor that was the problem, I bought a used motor & regulator and installed. Same issue remains... I had read somewhere (that I can no longer find) that the driver's side "master switch assembly" may be the issue so I got a used one of those and installed it (<$9 on eBay). Surprise! The issue remains...

Can any one point me in the right direction? The only other part that hasn't been changed is the passenger side switch.

Thanks,
