Question peddle away

first post here; bear w/me. '93 new Yorker salon-3.3l . 108k. still in pretty good shape. previous owner (po) said he drove it to walmart and home and it never started again. trouble codes stored when I got to it were 11,24,25, and 42. been sitting for a year. he put a new fuel pump, filter, regulator, and a new crank sensor in this years time. it cranks over fine, and if you 'peddle the accelerator', it will try to run. enough to get it on the car dolly and w/ a running start, up on my carport. it spits and sputters, never more than about 500 rpms; saw no black smoke, but it had that unburned fuel smell. was told by po he drove it for the previous 5 years w/o a care one! anyone got a clue? will accept any and all recommendations!
