My 2000 300m windows (one at a time) popped while the window was going up. They came off track and I had to guide them to get them up. Does anybody have a diagram of the inside of the door panel? I like to research my solutions before I start the repair. Is there aftermarket parts I can get?

It is mostly likely the regulator that you heard pop or perhaps one of the 2 metal guides that attatches to the bottom of the glass.
