why, oh why is there so much lost motion in my pwr rack and pinion steering on this '93 new Yorker. not in the outer tie rod ends-BOTH tires move considerably-slack is between the boot end and the pinion. steering wheel doesn't move. I swear this Haynes manual is the infamous toilet paper edition. do I just replace the whole rack assy?
