Default Radiator issue

Okay, I bought a radiator online, checked compatibility, it arrived and I see that it's for a 3.5 not a 2.7. This is in my 2001 concorde. So, I do not have oil coolant lines inn old radiator, however I do have them in the new one. Question is can this radiator be used and if so what mods are needed? Just debating whether to ship it back or not, what a hassle. Any help is appreciated .

Most if not all aftermarket "LH" vehicle radiators include the engine oil cooler in the right tank. (trans is in the left tank). If your engine does not have oil cooler lines then there is nothing to do to use the rad. If it has plastic dust covers in the holes I usually leave them there.
Adding the oil cooler would require line$, and a rather expen$ive special pressure/flow valve (if you could find one)
Save the box and receipt, may need it for warranty. Most offer "lifetime" warranty and last only 2-3 years.

Okay, I was a bit confused when unpacking. Not sure I will have the car next time this plastic thing goes bad. Just wanted to make sure I could install without issues. Thanks for the quick reply - LOVE the forums!!
