After much searching I have found the site that is the anwser to this problem BowserElectronics.com This site is the ideal site for anyone who has a need for accessing the information in your ECM.

I visited that website. Their support/contact form is broken. And they're not real clear (to me) on what products apply to my non-ODBII Eagle. Could you please tell me what you purchased from them that helped you out?
