Does anyone know of a supercharger system for the 300M ?

up to my knowledge,,not available for high out put engine like 300m

plus no room in the engine with out removing the hood and making a custom made hood

you can always do custom work and take out your a/c compressor and make a custom bracket and stick it there and just throw the intercooler in the front of the grille
