Default Throttle and A/C

Well heres my issue. Sitting still the throttle will go from regular idle, to 1500rpm, and the up to 3000rpm. Then I will rev the engine higher and it will go back to regular idle. What is causing this. It has almost caused accidents, and i need to get this fixed?

As well the A/C at random speeds will blow cold, then hot, then cold. It also varies in force while being on one setting? Also as well the headlights and cluster lights flicker like a spike in voltage, when above 50 mph. If anyone can help me on this i would appreciate it. Its in the shop today, but they said they fixed the problem, and it still acted up last night.

The filled it with freeon yesterday and said it was fine, then it started back up. the reving issue started after the worked on it for the timing chain,(previous time in shop), and the a/c was ice cold before then as well. Luckily i bought the bumper to bumper warranty. Just curious of what they were to say if they actually knew of anything. This dealership i have had issues before with them. So we will see. I was told about the ground issue for the lights, but not sure what ground, or where to start looking for that issue.

all of the stuff i said b4 ignore u said nothing about having stuff done and then this happening use common sence if this stuff was not going on b4 u went into the shop then it should not happen after it comes out what was the real issue that it went in for the first time? I cant help u with the stuff thay caused and if they dont know then they need to hand it off to some one that does and report all of the stuff that they did some some one can figure out what they messed up on. My first diog was based on this just starting and not an after though of some one messing up.
