Default Transmission Leak

Hello,

I have a 2001 Concorde (58K miles)with a 42 LE transmission and have just started noticing drips by the differential drain plug. It's not diff oil; definitely tranny fluid. Right next to the diff plug is a port (vent?) that goes up into the housing. Is this a telltale for a seal leak? I'm not sure where the leak is coming from and was wondering if anyone has an opinion? I've never dropped the pan and the gasket (black RTV) looks OK. All pan bolts are also tight.

Also, if it is a seal leak, any idea as to the cost to repair?

Thanks,
Bill
