Default 02 Chrysler T/C Transmission Leak

I have a Chrysler 02 T/C the outside temperature was 29 degrees and the cold weather lasted for about 4 days in Florida that is cold but my question is I noticed 2 oil spots on the driveway and found it was coming from the transmission pan could this cold weather have effected the pan gasket should I have it replaced or will the warm weather swell the seal back to normal I guess this is wishful thinking mileage is not ready for a fluid change yet.

Yes I did 2 fluid changes. I had a Dodge Caravan that did the same thing in cold weather and did not solve the issue and the leak would go away in hot or warm weather.
