Default Trouble codes

Hey there all, I am having issues with my 2002 300m special 3.5 HO v6, 65000 miles.I scanned the car for codes and I received the following P0700, P0731, P0781, P1776, P0841, and again P0700 it said I had six trouble codes and the P0700 came out twice. Can anyone tell me what these codes mean and what parts I need to replaced and/or fix. I would rather not take it to the dealer since I had them repair these problems and they said they could not duplicate the problems I stated but they did replace an o2 sensor and claimed that was the problem but I had the CEL come back onduring my trip back home from the dealer.
P0700-Trans control sys malf.
P0731-Gear 1 ratio incorrect
P0871-Trans fluid sensor/switch CCKT range/perf.
P1776-Mnufacturer controlled transmission
P0841-Trans fluid sensor/switch A CKT range/perf.
P0700-Trans control sys malf.
Thanks for your help guys...

thanks for the info but it's all mumbo jumbo to me since I don't know what it all means. Do you know of the parts and/or the steps I need to take to resolve these issues. Greatly appreciated...
