Default 2001 Concorde Door Seals and speaker

I have a 2001 Concorde. The door seals have shrunk leaving gaps.

I am looking for a complete set of door seals that have not shrunk or possibly one door seal that I can use to make my current seals larger.

I am also looking for a good speaker that will fit the front passenger's door. My can has an infinity audio system.

Thank you for the help,
Ed

I forgot to mention that my door seals are tan in color, but I believe black would look OK.

Thanks,

Ed

If they are still available, they come in black now. Last time I put some in they were anyway. Here is what you can try. Take them off the car one at a time, get a buddy and stretch them. Rub them down with Vaseline and wipe them off to condition them. You can get a replacement speaker at many places. Try here>>>>www.onlinecarstereo.com and here>>> www.crutchfield.com
