Red face 07 aspen cd changer problem

i have the 6 dics changer st nav and ves system. i put in 6 discs in the unit last night and they all worked . my wife drove it today and said it was working. when i got in and tryed to listen to it the discs it wouldnt work. it says there are no discs in it but i no there is. when i try to load a disc or eject a disc i push the load button then it tells me to select a preset 1-6 when i do it doesnt do nothing. i think it might be stuck between say disc 3 and 4 is ther any way to reset it or something. just bought the suv last week and dont much about the system yet. maybe the wife pushed a button and locked it out or something pleeeeeeessssse heeeellllllppppp.
