These T17AH radio codes cannot be calculated but have to be looked up on the Chrysler Dealer database

This means that the code may not be available for free from anywhere on the Internet.... but you could try asking your local Chrysler dealer

Otherwise try emailing

restoredclassic@aol.com

and they should be able to help

Can anyone help with the radio code?

The local Chrysler office couldn't beat it.
Gave a code that is not valid.

Vin: 2A8HR64X08R833990
Series T00BE092851339
Model P05064400AJ
I'll put in some pictures, maybe it'll help.

Thanking Janek

That's the code 6859 was given to me by the local Chrysler office.
But it doesn't fit, the radio doesn't embrace it

6859 is definitely the original code for this unit when it left the factory.

Have you tried it when fitted into to your car?

Is it the original radio fitted in your car since new?

If YES then try code 0000 ONCE ONLY

If not try code 1234 ONCE ONLY

If neither work then your unit has most likely been decoded/recoded in the past to a new number.

This means it will have to be taken into a Radio Decoding Workshop to decoded/recoded again

Post back here with any results.

This model and serial number did not ask for code when installed. Radio was out of a 2010 vehicle and I suspect that is the reason why.
Others with this model and serial number sequence may not need a code entered. TBD

A couple of points:-

Are you are sure that this particular model is compatible with fitting it into your different vehicle?

Also I believe that many models have the choice of being VIN coded.
If the VIN has already been loaded into the radio then no code is required.

But if no VIN has been loaded, then the correct radio code will have to be entered every time the battery is disconnected.

It looks as though you may have to take it into a Radio Decoding Workshop to be fixed
