Hey everyone, I have an 01 Sebring LXI V6 3.0L. It wont turn over. When the key is turned to auxillery power all the lights are on and bright but when turned to start all lights dim or go out and it wont turn over It dies what i try to turn it over. I got a new battery since i have a free 2 year replacement, installed it and it didnt fix anything. So I checked all the fuses and they looked fine. I then jumped it with my 98 Durango and it would start up but would die if it wasnt reved to 1000 RPMs. Had it running after i removed the jumper cables for about 5 at 1500 RPM but once i dropped it to idle it died. what could be the problem? This is my DD so i want to get it back on the road as soon as I can because driving the Durango around all the time is burning a hole in my wallet. Thanks for help.

 

Problem Solved... Bad battery cables had to replace them.
