The used Motor Got Condensation In It And After Taking The Top Off I Noticed The Cam Shafts Are Pitted And Rusty...If I Simply CleanThem Up But After I Do There Still Is Pits On The Lobes Will That Be Ok?

 

Depends on how bad they are. Chances are the cylinder walls and/or piston rings are rusty too. That could affect compression. This all might be a sign of a bad waterpump. How is the oil in the crankcase? Is there any indication of coolant in there? Might want to take this one back. You want an engine as close to your vehicle's production date as you can find. There was a change in the engine around 2004 (?) that makes the newer engines incompatible with your engine computer.

I Cleaned Everything Up ...Lobes Are Better Not Perfect But Cylinders Look Good...installed New Water Pump And Timing Chain...Motor Is The Same year...
