Default 04 Sebring Convertible - rear windows only work intermittently

Aloha,

My rear windows have minds of their own, sometimes it works nicely but other time it doesn't want to roll down at all - what could be the problem?

Thanks very much!!

Eddie

P.S. Also, when it rains heavily, it tends to trap water inside the car, there must be some cavity under the convertible top that water gets there and couldn't drain out. It happened to my 2001 Sebring as well, any idea?

There are drains under the car that might be plugged. Look along the bottom of the rocker panels. There is a flange there that has some openings for water that runs off the convertible top to run out. The openings can get clogged. Clean them out from below carefully with a piece of wire or plastic rod.
The erratic window operation could be a wiring fault somewhere. You'll need to patiently trace it down to find out where the signal is getting lost.
