I have replaced the 2 fuses under the hood and I have installed new headlights and I still have no headlights or brights. All I have is running lights when I turn my lights on, please help me this is getting frustrating

 

Check for power and ground at all points along the circuit. In a car that's almost 20 years old, wires can break or corrode, switch contacts can corrode, ground points can corrode and lose continuity.
