hello to all, Im a dyed in the wool Vhevy guy
but had an itch to get a convertible, I got a 96 sebring JXI with the infiinity system
no matter how much I jiggle the toggle I have no volume no static nothing
in the front speakers, could this be the amp or maybe the head or maybe the speakers
themselves. I am going nuts, I hate things that dont work

well unfortuantly it could ba ny of those problems try to get to one of the speakers and verify that they are good or take another speaker and test to see if it is geeting a good feed. it could be anything from the radio to speakers or amp if equiped i think most are under the seat i think.

well when I disconnected the amp
I didnt notice anything the volume was the same
so I assume the amp is not working?
also I tried another speaker in the door
still no volume>

 

without checking it with a drb it kinda seems like its the amp you might wanna check to see if their is water under the seat as well sometimes the top leaks and the water gets into the amp

 

yeah when I disconnected itr
it made no difference in the sound nor
whether the front worked or not

put in a sony, much better sound
