1998 sebring no ground to starter relay in crank

Not understanding the issue. Please explain the issue in more detail. What happens when you try to start the engine?

 

Turn the key and nothing happens. Checked battery connections, batt.and charge are good.

 

Car came in no crank no start. Abs pump blows the abs fuse.

 

Does the radio work with key in ACC/RUN? If not, it is likely fuse #8, 20amp, under the hood.has popped. This is an indication the starter is failing and should be replaced. The ACC/RUN feed for the radio, etc share the same power feed/fuse that is used for the starter in the START position.

The abs fuse would not prevent the engine from cranking.

 

There are 2 fuses for the abs module, fuse #15 - 40amp and fuse #22 - 20 amp. Which is blowing?
