My 1999 Chrysler Sebring Limited downshifts hard consistently at 30 mph. From internet searches, it seems the transmission control module may be have some issue, but I don't know and want to get some tips before heading to the repair shop. The car runs great, and otherwise there are no problems with the transmission.

 

Could also be the solenoid pack, which is a less-expensive repair. If not certain, go with the cheaper repair first.
