Default 20 amp starter fuse keeps blowing

I have an after market security system and remote start in my car. The inline fuses melted together and i had to replace the whole in line fuse box. Before and after doing so the #8 20 amp fuse for the starter keeps blowing. I try to crank it over it clicks and tge fuse pops and then i get dead air. Nothing when turning the key besides the lights.

I just changed the starter about a week ago because it went out. I took the new starter out went and had it tested and its working perfect. Im not sure what could be causing the overload while trying to start it. Any help is appreciated!

This is what i had to replace.

Those 2 wires are just 12 volt wires to power the alarm system.

Figured it out was a dirty connector that ran to the starter.
