I have a 2000 Chrysler Sebring. It will not turn over, will not attempt to turn over or crank. The lights do not dim or anything, exempting potential starter/battery/Charging issues. Does not click at the starter or anything. I can also change the gears without the key in the car. In reverse it seems that I can push it back and forth too. Is this a sensor, relay, switch or what? What do you think about the ignition starter switch being the problem? Thanks for the help!!

check the fuses under the hood yellow 20 amp if the starter takes a dump it will blow that fuse.

 

No blown fuses or anything of the like. Having checked relays yet, but any other possible solutions?
