Default 2000 Sebring

I have a 2000 Sebring and the top and windows are barely going up. Top went down fine yesterday but when I went to put it up, I had to lift it. I could hear the motor, any ideas?

Weak battery or bad connection somewhere. If both the top and windows are really slow, it sounds like a power supply problem. First check the battery out. It's located behind a panel just in front of the left front wheel. Not easy to get to, and for that reason, often neglected. Look for corroded connections.

Must be nice to be able to put the top down in February. That doesn't happen here in Michigan.
