2000 Sebring lxi 2.5 no start when full of gas. If started after we fill up it’ll start. If we wait 30 min or so it refuses like a stubborn cow. Some cycling and lots of cranking it eventually starts. Has new plugs, wires, distributor, cam position sensor, fuel pump, fuel filter. Cleaned throttle body, and iac. Runs great no errors codes. I can’t figure what the culprit is but suspect the purge solenoid. Thoughts?

 

Problem was the evap emissions crap causing the engine to flood out when topped off. Lesson learned DO NOT top off these cars unless you’re starting immediately and driving and even then I don’t recommend it.
