Default 2001 Sebring Convertible Roof Rubbing Noise

I just purchased a 01 Sebring Convertible and I love it. I have noticed, however; that when the top is up there is a rubbing noise that occurs when I go over bumbs and the like. I imagine that this is to be expected but was wondering if anyone new of some sort of lubricant that would keep the water seal as well as dampen the noise some.

Thank you for the response. I scoured through the manual and found an obsure reference to a lube made by mopar for the weather stripping. I will give that a try and see if it helps. Thanks again.

So the mopar stuff was 32.00 for a small bottle... I researched a little more and found a product by BMW called Gummi Pflege. It is 7.50 at a local BMW dealer and works great. My weather stripping is dark black and moist again... the rubbing sound is gone. I highly recommend it.
